Anxious, anxious, anxious!!!

I can't stop reading about each city I'll visit.   I've got to plan my down time touring strategy to see the most while I'm in each place.  I'll definitely have to go back on my own and spend more time - perhaps in a Riad.   A Riad is a moroccan residence, a lot of times in the old medinas, which is multi-story and surrounds a courtyard.

MAD in Hand - It's So Pretty!!

Went ahead and ordered my foreign currency in case it took a while to get.  It came in today and it is so colorful!   I think I hear the Crosby, Stills & Nash tune "Marrakesh Express."

Travel Documents in Hand

Unlike the tour company I normally use who sends my travel documents 10-14 days before departure, I already have them in hand with this new company.  Everything has been done electronically - airline eticket, transfer vouchers, and optional excursion vouchers.  Fabulous!!  Also called and got my seats changed from cramped window seats to aisle seats coming and going.  Very friendly airline representative.  Traveling on Royal Air Maroc Boeing 767/300.  

By the looks of the temperatures, it might be a bit cooler.  No worries - I'll adapt to whatever adventure awaits.  Can't wait!!!   Let the countdown continue.
